Returns & Refunds

How It Works

Every World War piece is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

We will, however, always make it right if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. See below for what qualifies.

Our brand currently operates through print-on-demand fulfillment. As a small startup, we don't yet have the warehousing or capital to hold inventory — but our goal is to scale into producing and stocking our own products, delivering a higher-quality, customer-first experience.

What We Cover

Eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Item arrives visibly damaged or defective
  • Print is significantly misaligned, faded, or incorrect
  • Wrong item or wrong size sent due to a fulfillment error

What We Don't Cover

Not eligible:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered — please check the size guide before purchasing
  • Minor colour variations due to screen calibration or the nature of the print process
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address or contact details provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing — please file a claim with the carrier directly

How to Make a Claim

If your order qualifies, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at store@worldwarclub.com. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or damage

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once your order has entered production, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at store@worldwarclub.com and we will do our best to assist.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in the currency used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
